No, you cannot change an existing order. If you wish to make changes, you must cancel the current order and place a new one.
No, the order is locked once approved, so additional items cannot be added. You need to create a new order for additional items.
Yes, you can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been released by the administrator. Once released, it can no longer be canceled.
- Log in to Prof Profil.
- Click on 'Administration' in the left menu.
- Click on 'Employees'.
- Click on 'Create Employee' at the bottom of the page.
- Fill in the fields. If the employee does not have a number, a fictional number can be used.
- Select your department, then choose a role. It is important to assign a role; otherwise, the employee will not be able to see the selection. Remember to add an amount to the balance.
- Click 'Create'. The employee will receive a link to reset their password.
To handle returns or complaints, please fill out and follow this return/complaint link and include it in the package with the items.

Normally, we deliver within 10 business days after administrator approval unless an item is on backorder. The customer will be informed in such cases. Please note that some products, such as Eterna from foreign manufacturers, may have longer delivery times.
